PRIVACY POLICY OF THE CENTER FOR THE STUDY OF DEMOCRACY PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACCORDING TO EU REGULATIONS

We, The Association Center for the Study of Democracy, hereinafter ACSD, from Cluj-Napoca, str. Campului no. 242, ap. 6, 400686, having fiscal code 31226300, IBAN bank account: RO32BTRLRONCRT00R5050301, opened at Banca Transilvania, we took technical and organizational measures in order to respect personal data against loss, modification or to eliminate the risks of unauthorized access.

Thus, the personal data processed by us are in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), as it is transposed into national law.

Type of personal data collected and processed - personal data that will be processed by ACSD are data such as: name, e-mail, phone number, address. Regarding the access to our site www.democracycenter.ro, the collection of these data is done only with express consent of the user, by filling in the contact form the transmitted data. If the user wishes to exercise his rights or needs to know any information regarding his rights according to GDPR, he will contact ACSD at the e-mail address gdpr@democracycenter.ro, to which ACSD will respond within 72 hours.

Categories of processed data - personal data (first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) are processed by us only if these data are entered by the person concerned, in the fields created on our website (eg the section on requesting information/ or subscribing to the newsletter)
